OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. $200 surcharge for 5 or more guests
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $200 Is required upon arrival.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS: A reservation deposit of $200 per booking is required to secure your dates. The balance is payable 60 days prior to the start of your occupancy.
CANCELLATION: Your deposit is non refundable. Cancellations after 60 days will be refunded should the Villa be rebooked.
CHILDREN: Please be aware that this property is waterfront and It is your responsibility to ensure that children are supervised at all times.
INSURANCE: It is recommended that you and all members of your party take out adequate travel/medical insurance.
